URGENT REQUEST!!!

PRAY HARD!!!

Everybody needs to pray very diligently for Tiffany's (Jace's girlfriend) sister's baby. I don't know the full situation right now but it is on life support and in critical condition. EVERYBODY PRAY! We need him to make it through this day!

His name is Mark Randal Wilson III. Please pray long and hard for this baby to make it!!!

Yes!!! That's what I'm working on right now. I'm trying to get as many people as I can to pray for Trey with words. I'm glad that you said something. He needs everyones prayers!

I am. I'll probably call Tiffany today to see how everyone is doing. The last thing that she told me is that he has proggressed in everything except for one area and she couldn't remember what it was. So, he is getting better. Let's pray that it stays that way!

Good morning all,
I have some wonderful news…Trey in now breathing on his on and is off the ventilator!!!! I just spoke with Joe and he had just come from the unit and Trey was breathing and making noise. Joe said he thinks Trey will have the Tilley snore; of course we don’t care how loud he gets. X-rays are scheduled for today and if all is well the chest tube will be removed. I spoke with the doctors last night and it is still day by day concerning any brain damage. An EEG is scheduled for tomorrow, (Friday) to try and determine any damage. Please continue to pray that this event will be positive as well. I guess I don’t have to tell you that Trey already has his grandparents wrapped around his finger. It kills me not to be able to be with him every minute.
Heather had some problems last night and was checked in the ER and Labor & Delivery unit. Everything is fine now. Mark is really showing lots of maturity in taking care of his wife and baby. I am really proud of him. I want to again, thank all of you for your prayers and support of our families. We are so blessed to have a church family as caring as you.
Please continue to pray not only for Trey but all the other children and babies at Vanderbilt Children’s. The doctors and staff have truly been wonderful.

Yes, I went to go see Mark and Heather today and Trey is breathing without any support now! I'm so proud of the little fighter, and to quote Mark, "We may have the doctors, and the medicine, and yes they all help, but we have the real stuff. We have The Great Physician!"
Also, Mark and Heather look like they're doing well, and in very good spirits. The same for everyone else.

I have had a question from the start about that very statement. I heard that Trey may not have a full recovery. He is doing well mind you, but that he may have brain damage. We're not fully aware of the extent of it. You're prayers are exepted graciously. Greater events have occured in the family when it comes to situations such as these and God has delt with them all. Soooooo...maybe?

full recovery meaning he will completely recover from this and be alive, now there may be some brain damage to his eye sight and he might learn a little slower but i have bad eyes and im the slowest learner around so hes good!

He's not good, he's great! and he's got great parents!!! YAY!! I'm so happy.

So what's the status on little Trey?

I think he's doing pretty well. The last e-mail I got about him was:

Got the results today on his feeding test. He isnt (for now at least)
coordinated enough to eat from a bottle, He was breathing some of the
milk into his lungs. so they are going to put a gastrostomy tube into
his stomach. (its like a feeding tube but directly into his stomach
instead of a tube through his nose. This tube shouldnt bother him and
if/when he learns how to eat correctly the drs will remove it easily.
Pray that Trey is able to learn to eat very quickly! With God's Power I
KNOW he will learn to eat well! Other than that Trey is doing perfectly
well. They took him off all extra fluids and is now getting all his
nutrition from milk and is alert and awake a lot of the time now. Thank
you very much for all the prayers and thoughts and please continue to
pray, because Trey is a testiment to God's Power, and Proof that God
listens when we cry out!!! We love you all and cant wait to get Trey
home!
